  • Korea, Japan lack star players ahead of WBC   Korea Times
    The WBC preliminary roster was released 2 weeks ago and features Ryu Hyun-jin, Bong Jung-keun, Choo Shin-soo etc.


  • Hanwha has traded Jang Sung-ho to Lotte for rookie pitcher Song Chang-hyun.  Song was a 3rd round draft pick by Lotte this past August. Jang hit .263 for Hanwha with 9 HR's and 52 RBI.   Joongang
