  • June 26th's KBO Scores:  NC 2:3 Lotte // Doosan 4:4 KIA // SK 4:7 Nexen // Samsung 2:5 Hanwha
  • Game Recaps:
    NC/Lotte: With Jose Felix on hand to throw out the first pitch, the Lotte Giants started Chris Oxspring who went 7 innings, giving up 6 hits, 3 walks, 6 strike outs, 2 earned runs, but got the no-decison.  Chong Tae-hyon gets the win for Lotte and Kim Sung-bae the save.  Shirek started for NC and went 6 innings, giving up 5 hits, 3 strike outs, 2 walks, 2 runs, 0 earned runs and got the no-decision.  Im Chang-min takes the loss.  Kang Min-ho hit the go-ahead home run in the 8th inning.

    Doosan/KIA:  In a game that lasted 5 hours and 15 minutes, Doosan started Yoo Hee-kwan who went 5.1 innings, giving up 9 hits, 1 strike out, 2 earned runs.  Kim Jin-woo went 7 innings for KIA, giving up 6 hits, 2 walks, 7 strike outs, 3 earned runs.  Oh Jae-il hit a home run and Jung Soo-bin hit an inside-the-park home run for Doosan.

    SK/Nexen: Kang Yoon-gu goes 5.1 innings, giving up 9 hits, 4 walks, 5 strike outs, 1 earned run for Nexen and gets the win. Son Seung-rak gets the save.  Yoon Hee-sang goes 4.1 innings, giving up 7 hits, 7 earned runs and takes the loss.  Lee Sung-yeol hit a home run for Nexen.

    Samsung/Hanwha: Eveland goes 6.2 innings, giving up only 3 hits, 4 walks, 5 strike outs, 2 earned runs and gets the win.  VandenHurk goes 5.1 innings, giving up 3 hits, 6 walks, 1 home run, 3 earned runs and gets the loss.  Song Chang-sik the save for Hanwha.  Choi Jin-haeng hit a home run for Hanwha.

  • KBO Pic of the Day:  During the 12 inning of the KIA/Doosan game.  A fan fell over the fence and landed on the ground, he was unconscious.  MyKBO assumes that alcohol was probably involved.  (video of it can be seen below)
