- KBO Owners meeting: They approval of a 10th seems likely, areas likely to be chosen are Suwon or Jeolla Province. The owners also clarified the foreign player rules for the 2013 and 2014 season; NC Dinos will be allowed to sign 3 foreign players (3 on active roster) and the rest of league will be allowed the current limit of 2 foreign players (2 on active roster).
